Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., 8 July 1916; attached to Millbank and Mile-end Military Hospitals, London, 5 months; 37th and 20th Casualty Clearing Station, France, 1 year. Invalided out, December 1917. Final rank, Captain. War work-Member, Special Medical Board, Lancaster Gate, 1 year 9 months.
