Biography: Son of Alexander S. Wilson; born Old Meldrum, 21 March 1896. Medicine, 1913-14, 1919-. A.U.O.T.C Surgeon-Sub.-Lieutenant, Royal Navy Voluntary Reserve, 25 November 1915. Served in-H.M.S. ""Laurel"" . (Jutland Battle), December 1915-April 1917; H.M.S. ""Q.6.,"" H.M.S. ""Hyderabad"" (Mystery Ships), April 1917-April 1919.
