Wilson, Alexander Morice
Biography: Son of Alexander Wilson; born Aberdeen, 30 September 1889. M.A., 1909; LL.B., 1912. Commissioned, 1/4th Gordon Highlanders, 1907. Mobilized, August 1914. Seconded to Royal Flying Corps (later R.A.F.), August 1915. Served-Home, France, Flanders, 1914-15; Home, 1916, 1917, 1918; France (R.A.F. representative, Paris), 1918. O.C., R.A.F., Paris, April 1919 ; O.C., No. 1 Aerial Route (London to Cairo), November 1919-. Final rank, Major. Member of the British Empire, June 1919. Greek Military Medal (3rd Class), 1920.
