Biography: Son of Charles Webster; born Aberchirder, Banffshire, 14 January 1886. M.A., 1906; M.B., 1909. U Company, 4th Gordon Highlanders War work-British Red Cross Society, 1914-15. Commissioned, R.A.M.C, August 1915; attached to No. XI Stationary Hospital; Officer in charge Surgery, 14th Division. Served -France, Belgium, September 1914-March 1919. Final rank, Captain. Military Cross, June 1918.
