Biography: Son of William G. Webb; born Wimborne, Dorset, 11 Dec. 1851. M.B., 1873; M.D., 1882; D.P.H., 1889. Commissioned, Assistant Military Secretary, 1873; retired. with rank of Colonel, R.A.M.C., 1905. Reemployed, July 1915. Home service, in Southern Command (President of a Travelling Medical Board), 1915-17.
