Biography: Son of Alexander Warrack; born Leswalt, 11 November 1872. M.A. (Science Honours.), 1892; M.B. (Hon. cist), 1895 ; M.D. (com.), 1898, D.P.H. (Cambridge), 1902. Joined R.A.M.C. (V. later T.F.), 1904. Mobilized Major, 1914. Officer in Command No. 5 Ambulance Train; Home Counties Casualty Clearing Station; 47th Casualty Clearing Station; Officer in command of Medical Division, 14th Stationary Hospital. Served-Home, Abroad, 1914-18. Final rank, Lieutenant-Colonel. T.D.
