Lieutenant, Royal Army Medical Corps (S.R.), January 1915 ; attached to British Military Hospital, Serbian Army. Served-Serbia, Malta, Salonika, Egypt, Palestine, Turkey, 1915-. Final rank, Acting Major. Order of St. Sava (4th Class), 1915.
