Biography: Son of David Levack; born Drainie, Morayshire, 10 October 1870. M.B. (Honours distinction), 1891. Captain, Royal Army Medical Corps (Territorial Force), 1908. Mobilized. Home service, Officer Commanding, X-Ray and Electrical Departments, 1st Scottish General Hospital, Aberdeen, 4 August 1914-March 1919.
