Biography: Son of Alexander Proctor; born Bucksburn, 21 January 1898. Commerce, 1919-. Private, 3rd Gordon Highlanders, 1 October 1916. Commissioned, 6th Gordon Highlanders, August 1917. Served-Home, 1916-17; France, December 1917-October 1918. Final rank, Lieutenant.
