Biography: Son of Peter Duncan; born Kinneff, Mearns, 16 September 1882. M.B., 1905; D.P.H., 1910. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., May 1915. Served-Home, 1915 ; France, Belgium, August 1915-21 March 1918, when taken Prisoner of War. Final rank, Captain.
