Biography: Son of James S. Davidson; born Aberdeen, 24 July 1892. M.A., 1914; M.B., 1916. Joined R.A.M.C. (Territorial), 1911 ; attached Highland Field Ambulance A.U.O.T.C. Mobilized, August 1914. Commissioned, R.A.M.C. (S.R.O.), September 1915. Served-Home, 1914-16; Salonika, August 1916-June 1919. Final rank, Captain. Serbian Order of St. Sava, Class V. Mentioned in despatches, 1917.
