Biography: Son of David Rorie; born Cardenden, 11 May 1895. M.B., 1917. A.U.O.T.C Commissioned, R.A.M.C. (Special Reserve), August 1914; attached to 55th Field Ambulance, 39th Motor Ambulance Convoy. Served-Home, 2 months; France, 5 months; Mesopotamia, 17 months; Persia, 18 months. Final rank, Captain.
