Biography: Son of James Robertson; born Inveraven, Banffshire, 7 April 1889. M.B., 1910; Commissioned, R.A.M.C., 28 December 1915; attached to 6th Wiltshire Regiment, 19th Machine Gun Corps Served-France, 2 years 2 months. Final rank, Captain. Military Cross Mentioned in despatches, July 1918.
