Biography: Son of John Reid; born Ehzie, 4 October 1893. Science, 1912-13. Private, Scottish Horse (Lovat's Scouts), October 1914. Served with Cameron Highlanders. Home, 1914-15; Gallipoli, Egypt, Salonika, France, Home, 1915-February 1919. Final rank, Corporal.
