Served with 6th, 8th (Cyclist Battalion), Gordon Highlanders Home, 1916-17, 1918-19; France, April 1917-April 1918; Prisoner of War, 11 April-11 November 1918; Rhine Army, June-September 1919. Final rank, Sergeant.
