Todd, Octavius
Biography: Son of John Todd ; born Landour, India, 1 July 1852. M.B., 1878. Joined R.A.M.S. (later R.A.M.C.), 1880. Retired as Colonel. Re-employed as Deputy Assistant of Medical Services, H.Q. London District, 1915-18. Final rank, Colonel. Commander of the British Empire, June 1919. Two mentions.
