Biography: Son of James F. Tocher ; born Auchindoir, Aberdeenshire, 29 March 1884. M.B., 1911; D.P.H., 1920. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., 1 December 1915. Served-France, 3 years; Germany, 6 months. Final rank, Major. Military Cross. Bar to Military Cross.
