Biography: Son of James Thomson ; born Aberdeen, 24 December 1886. M.A., 1910; M.B., 1911; D.P.H., 1914. R.A.M.C., 1910-13. Commissioned, R.A.M.C., March 1915. Served-Home, Malta, 11 months; M.O., Bacteriologist. Final rank, Lieutenant. War work-Neurologist, attached to Pension Boards, 1918-19.
