Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., 1 January 1916 ; attached to Grantham Military Hospital ; Hospital Ship ""Warilda""; Royal Herbert Hospital ; Malarial Hospitals., Epsom, Guildford. Served- January 1916-November 1918. Final rank, Captain.
