Biography: Son of George Thomson; born Buckie, 17 October 1893. Medical Board 1916. A.U.O.T.C. Commissioned, R.A.M.C. (Territorial Force.), September 1916, attached to 2/3rd London. Regiment. Served-Home, France, 1½ years; wounded, discharged, April 1918. Final rank, Captain, War work-House Surgeon (civilian), Norfolk War Hospital, Norwich, 1918-19.
