Biography: Son of John Taylor; born Oldmeldrum, 7 October 1894. Medicine, 1915-16, 1918-. Royal Engineers, City of Aberdeen A.T. Company; commissioned, King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, 1917 (previously Pioneer, Special Brigade, Royal Engineers).
