Biography: Son of Alexander Taylor; born New Deer, 11 June 1860. M.A., 1880; M.B., 1883; M.D., 1887. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C (V. later T.F.), 1895. Mobilized, August 1914. M.O. in command 2/6th Gordon Highlanders, in billets and camp, and Earlsmount, Gordon Castle, Auxiliary Hospitals, 1914-. Final rank, Major. T.D., 1915.
