Biography: Son of Alexander Taylor; born Ord, Ross-shire, 7 May 1870. M.A., 1892 ; M.R.V.C.S., 1905. Captain, N.Z. Veterinary Corps, 5 August 1914; attached to H.M.N.Z.T. ""Athenic""; Australia, and N.Z., D.A.C.; 2nd Army Brigade, N.Z.F.A. Served-On transport, 1914-15 ; Egypt, 1915-16 ; France, Germany, April 1916-March 1919. Final rank, Captain.
