Biography: Son of Robert Ostlere; born Howden, 28 September 1845. M.B., 1870. Surgeon-Captain, R.A.M.C., 9th County of London Volunteer Regiment. War work - Medical Referee, Record Medical Officer, Stoke Newington, 1914-19.
