(T.), 1914; attached to 1st Highland Casualty Clearing Station; Officer Commanding, 51st Highland Casualty Clearing Station, France, 1915; Staff Officer to A.D.M.S., Western Command, 1917-18; Officer Commanding, 2nd Western General Hospital, Manchester, 1918. Final rank, Lieutenant-Colonel.
