Biography: Son of Alexander Ogilvie; born Aberdeen, 5 February 1898. B.Com., 1920. Private, R.A.M.C. (T.F.), 1st Scottish General Hospital, August 1914. Served - Home, 1914-15; Hospital Ship in Mediterranean, October 1915-January 1916; Mesopotamia, Persia, January 1916-December 1918. Final rank, Corporal.
