Biography: Son of Alexander M. Ogilvie; born Tillynaught, Banffshire, 18 April 1881. M.A., 1902. Enlisted, June 1915; commissioned, Royal Field Artillery, 157th Brigade, 10 July 1915; attached to 62nd Brigade. Served - Home, 1915; France, January 1916-April 1918. Final rank, Lieutenant.
