Biography: Son of John Keay; born Bucksburn, Aberdeen, 18 March 1895. M.A. (II CIass), 1919. Gunner, Royal Garrison Artillery, December 1915; commissioned, May 1917; attached to 126th Heavy Battery, 8th Siege Battery. Served - Home, 1915-16, 1917; France, August-December 1916, July 1917-January 1919. Final rank, Lieutenant.
