Biography: Son of Thomas P. Horsfall; born Duffus, 26 March 1889. M.A., 1910; M.B., 1914. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., 20 March 1915. Served in H.M.H.S. ""Nevasa,"" M.E.F. and Persian Gulf, April 1915-April 1918; Salonika, July 1918-March 1919; Batoum, Chanak, Army of the Black Sea, March-October 1919. Final rank, Captain.
