Biography: Son of Alexander Findlay; born Aberdeen, 11 September 1898. Agriculture, 1919-. Trumpeter, 2/2nd Scottish Horse, 6 November 1914; commissioned, 5 April 1918. Served-Home, 1914-18 ; France, September-October 1918. Final rank, 2nd Lieutenant.
