Pollock, Robert

Biography

Pollock graduated MA from the University of Edinburgh, 1725; subsequently awarded D.D. BY Marischal College in 1753. He was appointed Professor of Divinity, Marischal College in 1745, having previously been minister of Duddingston. In 1757 he was appointed Principal of Marischal College, a post he held in conjunction with his professorship. He remained Principal for only two years until his death in 1759.
