Windows 10 is the latest operating system from Microsoft. Most desktop PCs at the University will have the standard software specification which includes Windows 10.
The Software Center allows staff to install software for which the University holds a site licence onto your University managed Windows PC or Windows laptop - no admin privileges required, simply install at your own convenience. You can select Windows 10 from the list of available software for an overview, requirements and description. Click Install to install on your PC or laptop. Note that the installation of larger packages can take some time and may require a restart.
View the Videos to familiarise yourself with Windows 10 navigation, appearance and functionality, or use the Guides and Links for further support including how to map a drive.
