IT Services provides information and communication services for staff and for students at the University of Aberdeen in support of teaching, learning, research and business.
IT Services is responsible for the management, operation and support of the University’s wired and wireless networks, server infrastructure, IT classrooms, telecommunications, audio visual services, software and hardware, email and calendaring, web resources, and corporate applications.

The Service Desk is your first point of contact for all IT queries and support. You can visit in person at various locations around campus, or log a call via myit.abdn.ac.uk.
The IT Training and Documentation Team publish a range of user guides in the Toolkit to support your use of MS Office applications. The team also run regular workshops for staff and PGRs. Find out more at www.abdn.ac.uk/tad.

The Training and Documentation Team publish a range of user guides to help you use University IT facilities and supported software. They also host regular training sessions supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint. These are advertised in the Course Booking System.
