The Faculty of Humanities is one of the original four faculties which comprised the University of Copenhagen at its inception in 1479. The faculty is one of the oldest faculties in Northern Europe. The faculty has approximately 8,500 enrolled students who study nearly 90 different BA and MA programmes. The core activities at the Faculty of Humanities are research, education and dissemination of knowledge. The faculty has six academic departments, offering a wide range of programmes at bachelor, graduate and PhD levels. As an exchange student, you'll be able to choose courses from our course catalogue covering multiple disciplines across the Faculty.
