I hope you are well and looking forward to commencing your studies in September. I know this continues to be quite an unsettling time, so I am writing with an important update about meeting the conditions of your offer.
I understand that you may be told your provisional grades by your school or college sometime during June, before the verified results are released to you. If, based on these provisional grades you receive from your school, you think you haven't met your offer conditions, please try not to worry and please be reassured that we are here to help. Remember, your grades are only one part of your application. After the release of the verified results we will be reviewing again in detail the applications of those who do not meet offer conditions.
However, please be aware that we will only be able to accept verified results released on results day and not the provisional results that you may receive from your school. These are either the official results submitted by the exams boards to UCAS or the qualification certificate you receive directly from the exam board.
This means we will confirm if you have met your conditions after we have received the officially confirmed grades and have reviewed your application again in full. Tuesday 10 August 2021 is the date when the majority of exam boards release results, although some qualifications, such as the IB, are issued ahead of this date.
I hope this is helpful in explaining the position we are all in this year. The most important thing to remember is that we are here to support you. If you have any questions about joining us in September, please don’t hesitate to contact email@example.com and a member of the team will be delighted to help. If you have any questions about your application and the terms of your conditional offer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
