In response to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Scotland, we have taken the decision not to offer campus visits. We hope you understand that due to the pace of this developing situation, this is something outside of our control and we are sorry not to be able to meet you in person at this time.

We will be updating this page in the coming weeks with opportunities to engage with us virtually, and we sincerely hope you join us as a student in the future.

Secondary School Campus Visits

The University of Aberdeen welcomes secondary schools to visit the campus with their students.

Visits can be organised by contacting the UK Team(contact details below), but we ask that you provide at least 4 weeks notice. We will endeavour to meet your school’s needs and provide tours and talks suitable for your students. Please note however all tours and talks are subject to availability and advance notice will allow us to make the best provisions for your visit.

Tours of the main university campus are usually led by a current student ambassador who can give personal insights into life as a student at the university. These tours usually last between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Tours are also available of the sports facilities on Kings Street and the university accommodation at Hillhead.

Talks can also be arranged to suit the needs of your students. Please let us know in the form below which talks you may be interested in and if there are any discipline specific talks which would be of interest to your students. All talks again are subject to availability and we can work with you to create the best presentation for your students.

Register your interest in a secondary school campus visit.
