International Exchange Programme
Exchange students are undergraduate students who are registered at one of our partner universities and wish to spend a semester or year at the University of Aberdeen as part of their degree programme. Exchange students do not pay any tuition fees to the University of Aberdeen, instead they will pay the relevant tuition fee set by their home university.
To be accepted as an exchange student you will have to be nominated to us by your home university. Please be aware that some of our exchange agreements are subject specific and will therefore only be relevant for certain students.
If your home university is listed below then you will be eligible to apply as an exchange student (pending that nomination we mentioned before). We recommend that you speak to the Study Abroad Office, or equivalent, at your university for further information. If your university is not listed below, don’t panic! You may still be eligible to apply for short term study at the University of Aberdeen as a Study Abroad student.
