Frequently Asked Questions
- What will happen on the day?
The format of the event will be similar to that of a traditional ceremony. You can collect your robes on arrival, get your photographs taken and register with our team. We will then provide a briefing on what to expect during the event and organise graduates into alphabetical order before processing to the hall, where your guests will already be seated.
During the event, graduates names will be called out and you will be invited to cross the stage before returning to your original seat. After the event concludes, you will be invited to join the academic procession as it leaves the hall before making your way to the hospitality area to enjoy some refreshments with your fellow graduates and guests.
