Sanitary products were expensive and not readily available on campus.

What we did:
AUSA's provision of sanitary products is being more heavily promoted. We have also introduced free sanitary product pick-up points across toilets on campus, in addition to a poster campaign to raise awareness of this.


You told us:
Not enough BeWell events catered to students at the Foresterhill campus.

What we did:
A separate BeWell Fair is now hosted on the Foresterhill Campus, and takes place over multiple days rather than just one day.


You told us:
You wanted more social events during the day in Welcome Week.

What we did:
We introduced a Picnic in the Cruickshank Gardens to help you meet fellow students during your first days at university.


You told us:
You wanted more flexibility with your ASV membership.

What we did:
ASV have introduced a membership freeze option for a nominal charge.


You told us:
Many students feel intimidated or nervous about joining a sports club or going to the gym.

What we did:
The feasability of the Sports Buddy Scheme is currently being considered. Meanwhile, other mentoring schemes that can potentially support with this, such as Students4Students are being more actively promoted.
