Drop-in past the SOS room for some quick anxiety busting breathing exercises or meditation with Sha'yo from the Counselling Service
Sometimes just taking a minute to breathe and reset can make all the difference! Sha'yo, a member of our Counselling Service, will be in the 'SOS room' in the new groundfloor Breakout space of the Sir Duncan Rice Library, to help you take time to relax during Revision Week. Feel free to drop-in anytime between 11am and 3pm for a quick guided meditation or simply to do some simple breathing exercises.
