Monday of BeWell Week focusing on all things mental health!
Monday 23rd September is the first day of BeWell Week, and we'll be kicking the week off with a host of events focusing on the important subject of mental health, from calming creative drop ins to relaxing exercise classes.
You can choose from Morning Yoga in a variety of locations across the university, including Hillhead, Foresterhill and the Linklater Rooms from 8am - 9am and 1pm-2pm, or if that's not your bag why not head over to the Chaplaincy at 3pm for a comforting cup of tea and some stress relieving colouring in?! We'll also be hosting an upcycling bag making drop-in session in the Chaplaincy, for anyone who loves sustainability or creative projects and wants to unwind and meet new people!
