How to Order

Once you have decided on your catering requirements, please follow the instructions detailed in the following pages for either University of Aberdeen customers or external customers.

Please be advised the universities catering service Rocksalt Hospitality is the only catering permitted on Campus, no other external catering (including drinks) will be allowed without prior consent from Campus Services.

External Customers

External customers once you have decided upon your catering requirements, please complete the External Customers order form, and return to hospitality@abdn.ac.uk.

Orders are processed within 24 hours, and once completed, you shall receive a confirmation email. Please note, VAT is not included in the prices shown on the menu, but is provided in the price breakdown included in your confirmation.

If your company or department operate a purchase order system or similar, please provide a reference number when possible. Invoices and payment details shall be provided after the event date.
