Brexit advice for students and staff

Brexit advice for students and staff

The University has a range of measures to keep students and staff fully informed of any issues that might affect them as a result of the UK's departure from the EU, and to help staff deal with any enquiries from students.

In the coming weeks our Student Experience team will run a series of pop-up sessions that aim to provide reassurance and advice to our student and staff community, with Student Ambassadors working alongside our Human Resources and Student Support teams.

These sessions - advertised under the message ‘Brexit – we’re here to help’ – will provide a visible presence across our Foresterhill and Old Aberdeen campuses to offer reassurance and advice, signposting students and staff to our dedicated Brexit webpages for answers to their questions, or for more complex matters, to our Brexit email address brexit@abdn.ac.uk

The pop-up sessions and our Brexit webpages will highlighted across the University’s social media and digital platforms.

Meanwhile, our International Student Advisers continue to hold drop-in sessions for students with questions about their immigration status and options resulting from Brexit, details of which are available here
