The University has partnered with Care First to bring an enhanced support package to staff. From 30 May, Care First will provide a 24 hour telephone counselling service. Face-to-face counselling sessions will also be available, as will an online portal and app.
Care First provide guidance on a range of issues, such as finance, legal advice and divorce. Staff who are receiving support from our current provider (PAMAssist) will continue to do so until their sessions are complete.
