Staff and students eligible to vote in the Senior Governor Election will receive their voting instructions on Tuesday 26 March from 9am by email from Electoral Reform Services (ERS).
They will send you an email from onlinevoting@electoralreform.co.uk with a link to the voting sitewith the subject header “University of Aberdeen - Senior Governor Election 2019”. The e-mail and the voting link within it are authorised by the University and are safe to use.
Voting closes at 5pm Thursday 28 March 2019.
You may wish to add onlinevoting@electoralreform.co.uk to your safe senders list before Tuesday 26 March. This should help to ensure that the email goes into your inbox, rather than your “Clutter” or “Junk” folders. In the event that you cannot find the e-mail:
- First, check you are eligible to vote – see “Who can vote in the election?” here.
- If you are eligible to vote, check your “Junk” folder for the e-mail;
- If you have not received the e-mail, follow the advice on how to request a reissue of the e-mail or further assistance at “What if I don’t receive my voting instructions?” here.
The candidates presented their manifestos and took questions at two sessions for staff and students on Monday. You can watch the sessions here:
