The 2018 Principal’s Prize for Public Engagement with Research awards were presented at a celebration afternoon tea on Friday 14th September. The prizes are awarded annually to staff or students who have made an outstanding contribution to public engagement inspired by areas of University research. In recognition of the fact that this year for the first time we involved the public in judging the prize, a new category was introduced to recognise the researchers who scored highest in the public panel.
