The belief that exercise may harm knee joint structures is still common among people with knee osteoarthritis. Come along to find out what the evidence is for exercise in osteoarthritis.

The University of Aberdeen's Cafe Scientifique Aberdeen City series takes place monthly in the Kino Bar at the Belmont Filmhouse. Sessions run from February through to October and are free to attend. No booking is required and places are allocated on a first-come basis. All the events are pitched at a very accessible level and give ample time for audience questions and discussion.

Paid parking is available at Harriet Street car park, AB10 1FR. Free parking (after 5pm) is available at the Denburn car park, Spa Street, AB25 1GR
