Professor Price has been working on rice genetics for 27 years. Tonight he will explain how you can usefully research this tropical plant while being based in Scotland and share some highlights of efforts to improve the sustainability of the world’s most important crop.
Our Cafe Scientifique Aberdeen City series takes place monthly in Waterstone's Union Bridge book store in Aberdeen's Union Street, usually around the middle Wednesday of the month. Sessions run from January through to October and are free to attend. No booking is required and places are allocated on the first-come basis
