An evening talk as part of the Book Week Scotland 2017 celebrations with Belgian Bake Off (Bake Off Vlaanderen) judge, Regula Ysewijn.

As well as being a judge on the Belgian Bake Off (Bake Off Vlaanderen), Regula Ysewijn is also a food photographer, food writer, and author of ‘Pride and Pudding -The history of British Puddings Savoury and Sweet’.  

This entertaining illustrated talk, will take you on a journey through the fascinating culinary past of Great Britain.

A  feast for the eyes as well the stomach! 

There will be an opportunity to meet Regula after the talk and to purchase copies of 'Pride and Pudding -The history of British Puddings Savoury and Sweet’ and other publications by the author stocked by Blackwell's.
