Collections - NHS Grampian Archives

The collection catalogues are available to search via the Special Collections Centre Archive Collections catalogue where you can also search the collections of the University, the Aberdeen Medico-Chirurgical Society and the Scottish Catholic Archives.

To search the collections of NHS Grampian Archives, click on "Advanced Search" from the main catalogue home page, then select "GB 1105 NHS Grampian Archives" from the dropdown menu as shown:

You can then search using the "Any Text" box, though please note there are no names of individual patients contained in the catalogue. You can refine your search further by using the collection reference numbers provided below in the "Ref No" field (not shown in the above image). The catalogue contains a list of volumes held for each institution. There are some indexes available for admissions to Ladysbridge Hospital near Banff and Kingseat Hospital at Newmachar on the NHS Grampian Archives Guides and Indexes page.
